This is probably one of my favorite historical romances I have read this year.  It features a wounded, scarred, virgin hero and a spinster vicar’s daughter who is two years his senior.  They are socially mismatched.  They must fight a family curse.  The odds are all stacked against them. How I came to write Regency Romances

I’m a huge fan of almost all romantic genres, and I’ve read hundreds of historical romances over the years. While I regularly made up my own stories in my head, and even occasionally jotted down an outline or scene for fun, I never expected to have an opportunity to share my stories with others. Then I discovered the world of fan fiction, and I decided to write a Regency set romance with a somewhat fairytale feel. To my amazement it was very popular and caught the eye of an acquisitions editor from The Writer’s Coffee Shop. This lead to the publication of my Forbidden Love series (Innocence and Protection) a reworked version of my fan fiction story, and Passion and Propriety, the first in my Hearts of Honour series.
